An Action for Justice- Violin Vigil & Line the Ave.

Join us Sunday 12th July at House of Friends in College Hill, 5659 Hamilton Avenue. We will be there 4:30pm to 6:30pm.

Vigil for Elijah McClain at our House of Friends Cincinnati front yard Sunday. 5 to 6 same time as the Line the Avenue for Justice and Equity.

Cincinnati Composer and Multi-Instrumentalist Maestra Shari Lauter presents solo violin in honor of Elijah McClain. Shari's musical accomplishments include Global Water Dances-Cincinnati, The Chakra Cycle, Sharing Waters: A Videosong of our Ohio River, and numerous worldbeat jazz and choral compositions. Shari co-founded CIncinnati Groups Perfect Jewish Couple and Drums for Peace.

Her set starts at 5 pm and includes classical and jazz pieces as well as a selection of her compositions performed to her self-produced backing tracks.


Everyone is welcome to join us starting at 4:30pm at House of Friends in College Hill located at 5659 Hamilton Avenue. COVID is still here but breathe all while social distancing and masks welcome. We will have some waters & hotdogs and great conversation.

We have some great African- Kenyan COVID masks we are selling as well. Hope to see you- Please join us. We welcome small actions in our front yard on Hamilton Avenue. Plans for more peace dances, some collaborative murals, or welcome ideas. Will host Line the Avenue for Justice and Equity every Sunday through the November elections.
